We remove all the paint using a paint remover, blades, and scrapers. Once the surface is restored to its original state, we proceed. Now that the old caulking is removed, it is replaced with new one. The next step is to mask with paper and/or plastic all the adjacent surfaces not to be painted. What follows is we apply a product that facilitates the Primer and paint adhesion, in our case, we use Crosslink III Adhesive or Glow CK. Then the sink, the bathroom accessories, and the Vanity are covered to prevent unwanted spray. An extractor fan is then installed near of the area to be painted for extracting the vapors while we begin the painting process with the air spray gun. We mix Aerial Spray Primer with its catalyst in a 1:1 ratio and proceed to apply two coats of it on the surface. This ensures a more resistant finish. Then, we prepare the paint using HSLD -5000 High Solid Enamel Resin with its respective Catalyst HSLD-5000 and Lacquer Thinner in a 1:1:1 ratio and proceed to spray the surface with the air spray gun to restore it. We spray two or three coats of paint on the surface with a time spacing of 5 minutes between coats. Finally, all the material used in the masking and protection process is carefully removed and- Voilà, now your bathroom looks like a brand new one!
